RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ToAuto Metal Studio proudly offers free, no hassle returns and exchanges, free return shipping, and no restocking fees on all unopened, unused, non-equipment items within 30 calendar days of purchase to the United States! Simply contact us to start the return process.

For international orders outside of the United States, return shipping fees are not included in the standard return policy. We will work with you to get you the best return shipping price.

Returns must first be approved by ToAuto Metal Studio customer service and will require photographs to verify that the equipment is unused and in its original packaging. All machines must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise additional charges may be incurred. ToAuto will supply a return label and arrange shipping for the return, and then perform a final inspection of the machine upon arrival at the ToAuto warehouse. If any pieces, items, or damage was incurred by the customer, additional charges may be deducted from the refund. ToAuto customer service will issue the refund once this intake process has been completed.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Additionally, any used products will be discarded and the requested refund or exchange will not be honored.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the event you receive a defective product, it will be immediately replaced with an exact matching item. In most cases, we send out a replacement same business day.

Please contact us with details of the product and the defect at service@toautotool.com. We will likely ask you for pictures, descriptions, or a video so we can identify the problem.

RETURN POLICY DEFINITIONS

Custom: Any ToAuto product or products sold that is not a standard size, feature, or type listed for sale on our website.

Machine: All ToAuto machines that are listed on website.

Defective: A product that does not meet ToAuto product specifications or contains a clear manufacturing defect that alters the performance or usability of the product. This determination is exclusively up to ToAuto.
